Unit is OK and I am satisfied with it.
My only negative is that I preferred to do a self installation and they are geared for installation through their network of installers. They made the self installation a challenge by only providing user and installation manuals in French. It took a call to support to get the manuals in English.
Otherwise, it certainly is reliable. It was very easy to install (after receiving English manuals) in a secure location that only I know.
The alert service works great.
The tracking is incredibly accurate and useful.
This is a Canadian company and my Credit Card Company charged a hefty FX transaction fee for the monitoring service that was unexpected.
